We work with your Talent, D&I, and Engineering teams to understand your exact hiring requirements. This might include everything from ideal number of hires to required behaviours, competencies and skills through to engineering stack and interview process.

Recruitment starts

Once we understand your timelines, hiring needs and organisational culture, our team plan and deliver a bespoke marketing and recruitment campaign to attract Returner applications. The three-step interview process commences and your business is introduced as our hiring partner to an excited potential cohort!

Programme, interviews and hires!

Our award-winning programme begins. Technical skills are refreshed and Career and Mindset coaching builds confidence. As a hiring partner, opportunities for further engagement with the cohort occur throughout, helping both parties build rapport. Upon programme completion interview-prep begins, interviews take place and your final hires are made!

We currently support Platform/Cloud Engineering, Java, C# .NET, and JavaScript (React, TypeScript and Node.js). If your language isn’t on this list, please do still reach out to us as we are always looking to enhance our tech curriculum offering. Tech Returners for businesses is about ensuring we provide the talent that the industry is calling out for.

Depending on hiring preferences, organisations can choose to partner with us via any one of the three programme packages we provide:

  • Absolute package: One single organisation which aims to hire up to 16 engineers.
  • Dual package: Two non-competing organisations that aim to hire up to nine engineers per company.
