What is Your Journey Into Tech?

Are you looking for an opportunity to re-enter or enter the Tech Industry after a career break?

Are you passionate about a career as a software developer?

Are you looking for an accessible route to develop technically and personally?

Our programme creates accessible routes into businesses through continual training and technology, resulting in more diverse and inclusive workforces.

The free 15-week programme is based in Manchester City Centre and entails a full immersive week (10-4) then 14 weeks of 2.5-hour lectures. You will have the option to attend either daytime or evening lectures. You must be able to attend all sessions and commit to 10-15 hours of additional work each week.

Who is it for?

We're looking for people who are passionate about developing into a career in technology and have the drive and growth mindset to succeed. There is no requirement for previous technical skills.

How does it work?

Our programme doesn't only offer the technical skills needed to access a career in software development but prepares individuals for their future career in technology by connecting them with the businesses that need their skills and supporting their journey into employment.

Since 2017 we have placed 29 individuals into technology careers with businesses including ao.com, Autotrader and the BBC.
