The Annual Power 50 list, why businesses are making a mockery of gender pay reporting and networking in Manchester

This week saw the publication of the seventh annual Power 50 Awards, a list of 50 people in top jobs and they're all working part-time or flexibly. We even shared our own blog about it here. We also read this disappointing report in The Guardian which said that lack of sanctions around gender pay gap reporting could make it a mockery, as thousands of businesses are found to have filed mathamatically impossible data which is yet to be corrected.
